Blake Shelton is hitting the Midwest and Western States for his Friends and Heroes Tour. It’ll begin in February in Portland, OR and will finish up in Detroit in at the end of March. Lauren Alaina will be joining Blake and his crew, along with special guest appearances from the Bellamy Brothers, John Anderson, and Trace Adkins.
