Every year, I’m just like most people. I treat myself to my traditional favorite holiday movies: Christmas Vacation, It’s A Wonderful Life, A Christmas Story (the entire 24 hour marathon on Christmas Eve), Die Hard (yes, it IS a Christmas movie), and White Christmas.

Last year after discovering Netflix Christmas fare “The Christmas Chronicles”, I decided to shake things up a little and look for something (besides Hallmark movies) and start a new Christmas tradition. BTW, in case you haven’t caught Christmas Chronicles yet, check out the trailer below. Who knew Kurt Russell could be a perfect Santa??? It is definitely worth watching again and again!

For anyone who loves the Christmas classic “A Christmas Carol”, I definitely recommend this one! It’s a magical look at how Charles Dickens created the characters for the beloved tale!

The Man Who Invented Christmas (2017)



And finally, here is one I watched just a couple of days ago. It’s a story about brothers who are estranged until the wife of one of them tries to get them together for Christmas. Small problem…her brother in law thinks he’s a time traveler!
