Is Thomas Rhett playing in the World Series? 

No, but fans think this player looks just like him.  Ian Anderson is a starting pitcher for the Atlanta Braves and people have been posting side by side comparisons, and calling for a DNA test.

Thomas acknowledged the comparison by sharing a fan’s side-by-side photo of the two with the caption “Think we need a DNA test” to his Instagram story.

He recently suited up and took the field to throw out the first pitch…but not as a Braves player.
