Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Williamsburg residents can receive free or discounted rides, up to $15, from Drive Safe Hampton Roads and Lyft on July 4th Weekend.

757 Sober Ride will be offered to residents 21 or older starting 4 p.m. Sunday, July 3, until 4 a.m. Tuesday, July 5, throughout Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Williamsburg.

To participate, download the Lyft app and enter the 757 Sober Ride code in the app’s “Payment” tab (under the “Add Lyft Pass” option). The promo code will be posted at 3 p.m. on July 3rd on their website.

In 2023, the program will expand to all cities in the Southside and Peninsula and will add additional holidays.
