This week’s Furry Friday feature is Cream, a 5-month-old puppy at Suffolk Humane Society. At about 38 pounds, she’s expected to grow into a large dog (her mom weighed around 60 pounds), and she’s already showing what a gentle, loving companion she’ll be.
Right now, Cream is a bit shy since she’s only known life with her foster family. But with consistency, patience, and plenty of love, she’ll blossom into a confident, happy dog. She’d do great in a home with another dog to help show her the ropes.
Because she’s still so young, she’ll need a family who can give her attention throughout the day — she’s not ready to be left alone for long periods just yet. And please note: a fenced yard is required for all puppies.
