I got to meet Brena at Billy the Kidden Rescue this week. She was the life of the party, batting around her favorite toys and making everyone laugh with her playful antics. She would pause for some head scratches from everyone around her and eventually settled down for a well-deserved nap.

Brena is a calm, affectionate young tabby who’s as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. She adores being close to her people and will happily curl up in your lap for snuggles.
This gentle girl loves batting around her toy mice, snoozing in her favorite cat bed, and enjoying her favorite treats—Churus and Temptations! She gets along well with other cats and respectful kids, though her experience with dogs is unknown.
Brena came to BTKR as a young pregnant mama, but after giving birth, she became overwhelmed and didn’t know how to care for her kittens. Once we safely separated them, she blossomed back into her loving, calm self. Her kittens were bottle-fed by our medical director while Brena recovered at The Catty Shack, and now this sweet girl is spayed, vaccinated, and ready for her forever home.
We don’t know what her early life was like, but we do know she deserves a safe, loving home where she can relax, play, and soak up all the affection she craves. Come meet her at PetSmart Town Center in Virginia Beach.
