Other performers include Tyler Hubbard, Miranda Lambert, Luke Combs, Eric Church, Brittney Spencer, Chris Stapleton, and Zach Top.
Keith Urban and Rachel Smith from Entertainment Tonight will host the festivities, which will feature 40 performances across a five-hour broadcast, with a mix of live and pre-taped segments.
