Patriotic Festival: Zach Top

The Patriotic Festival Country Weekend returns to Norfolk in 2026 with three nights of major country music performances at the Norfolk Scope. Kicking off Friday, May 22, country’s fast-rising star Zach Top takes the stage! Blending classic honky-tonk roots with a fresh Nashville edge, Zach’s timeless sound is bringing traditional country back to the spotlight. Fans can expect crowd favorites, new hits, and plenty of singalong moments as he launches an incredible Memorial Day weekend of live music. Mackenzie Carpenter opens the night, adding her own modern country charm to get the celebration started.
