National Adoption Week is July 20-26, and Portsmouth Humane Society will have adoptable dogs and cats available for on-the-spot adoptions.
They need short-term foster heroes to pick a pup from their available dogs and give them a place to decompress until the PetSmart adoption events on Saturday, July 25, at Chesapeake Square PetSmart and Sunday, July 26, at the Hilltop location.
To make it as easy as possible, Portsmouth Humane Society will provide all the food and supplies your temporary companion needs.
