Meet Bella, a 10-year-old terrier/pitbull mix who was surrendered to Portsmouth Humane Society when her family could no longer care for her. Bella is incredibly affectionate and loves every person she meets. She isn’t the fastest girl around anymore, but she still loves slow sniff walks and hanging out by your side.
It’s National Adoption Week at PetSmart, and Portsmouth Humane Society will be at the Chesapeake Square location on Saturday and Hilltop on Sunday with adoptable dogs and cats.
All adoptions are $25. Plus, PetSmart will also offer adoption kits. For dogs: a FREE bag of food, a FREE Doggie Day Camp session, and a FREE veterinarian exam; and, for cats: a FREE bag of food, a FREE veterinarian exam, and 50% OFF select litter.
