Norfolk Animal Care Center and Friends of Norfolk Animal Care Center are hosting their first-ever Heroes and Hounds event this fall! This event is taking place at Elation Brewing on Saturday, October 24th, from 1-3 pm and we are looking for heroes who would like to help show off an adoptable NACC dog while being recognized for their commitment to the community.
