I stopped by the adoption center at PetSmart in Town Center, Virginia Beach, to meet some of the cats up for adoption with Billy the Kidden Rescue this week.
Dree was one of the first to greet me with her favorite trick- sitting on your shoulders. She loves everyone she meets. She loves pets of all kinds — head scratches, chin rubs, back strokes — and she will position herself within reach and wait patiently until you comply. Dree is cat-selective but could get along with another cat with a proper introduction.

Hadley
Next I met a beautiful 3-year-old tuxedo girl named Hadley. When Billy the Kidden found her living in a cat colony, they knew they had to help. Her right eye was damaged beyond repair, and her left eye wasn’t in great shape either. Hadley underwent surgery to remove her right eye. Since then, she has recovered beautifully, and it’s clear she feels so much better. She is very sweet and enjoys a cozy fluffy cat bed, scratching on cardboard scratch pads, and a good meal.
