I got to visit one of my favorite spots in Coastal Virginia this week- Sand and Sea Cat Lounge on First Colonial Road! This coastal-inspired cat lounge is home to adoptable cats through Billy the Kidden Rescue, and you can book a visit to hang out and play with them!
I met Luka during my visit, a 6-month-old tabby who is so friendly and playful! Luke is a clever guy too- he knows how to fetch like a dog! Luka loves being surrounded by playmates at Sand and Sea Cat Lounge and would love to be in a home with another cat. He’s also expected to do wonderfully with young children and dogs, making him a great fit for an active, loving household.

They also host fun events like Meow-loween this Saturday from 10 a.m.- 7 p.m. 30-minute visits will be just $5 a person, and Sand and Sea volunteer Katrina will be dressed as a Crazy Cat Lady and handing out wrapped Halloween candy the only way a cat lounge should…SCOOPED OUT OF A LITTER BOX. A brand-new, clean litter box, of course!
