Heather Locklear has pleaded not guilty to assaulting the police officers who arrested her last month. According to People magazine, her attorneys entered the pleas on all five charges against the star — four counts of misdemeanor battery on a police officer and one charge of resisting or obstructing a police officer. She faces five years in prison if convicted on all counts. In late February, the 56-year-old actress was arrested after being accused of hitting her boyfriend. Those charges were dropped in March. Locklear is now in rehab.
Rumors continue to swirl that BRAD PITT and MIT professor NERI OXMAN are more than just good friends. Sources tell Us Weekly that Brad is “absolutely smitten by her,” their chemistry is “off the charts” and he’s been spotted leaving her apartment in the wee hours of the morning.
