After 27 seasons of baby-daddy reveals, fistfights and chair-throwing, The Jerry Springer Show is calling it quits. NBC Universal has reportedly decided to shut down the show which has been on the air since 1991 and has produced 4,000 episodes. Springer himself told Entertainment Tonight, “We’ve stopped production of the show.” But Springer added that the CW Network will continue to air older episodes and even some new episodes that have already been taped. Talk About It: I didn’t even realize it was still on TV. Remember when The Jerry Springer Show was the most shocking thing on TV? It’s nothing compared to the news these days.
Keeping Up With the Kardashians returns this Sunday and Tristan Thompson is on the menu. An insider told Us Weekly, “His cheating scandal will definitely be brought up. But they don’t know how much. Khloé is an executive producer and has veto power what actually makes air.” In other words, if she and Tristan are still together in August, the show will go easy on Tristan. They’ll hold back on the drama and betrayal. However, it’ll be a totally different story if they split this summer. In that case, you can expect the reality series to expose how badly he treated Khloé in her third trimester.
Some young couples trip over one another in a teeny, tiny studio apartment, but ARIANA GRANDE and PETE DAVIDSON should have plenty of room to spread out. TMZ reports the duo are resting their head in a five-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath Manhattan duplex that features “amazing views” of the Empire State Building. The duo may never need to leave –the building features a pool, fitness center, IMAX theater and neighbors like STING!
Lucasfilm has put its Star Wars spinoff movies on hold, according to Collider. Movies focusing on Obi-Wan Kenobi and Boba Fett were in early development, but the disappointing box office of Solo has allegedly put any further spinoffs in jeopardy.
