Heather Locklear is facing even more problems connected to her drug-fueled arrest late last month.An EMT who claims the actress kicked her during her arrest has lawyered up and is suing her. Police and EMT workers were trying to restrain Locklear when she attacked a police officer and the paramedic. She was charged with battery. The paramedic claims she suffered a serious injury and is unable to work. She has been reassigned to a desk job. She is seeking an undisclosed amount of money for her pain and suffering.
Ronnie Ortiz-Magro‘s baby mama is off the hook for allegedly dragging the Jersey Shore star with her car. A rep for the Clark County D.A.’s office in Las Vegas tells TMZ they dropped the domestic violence charges against Jen Harley because of insufficient evidence. She was arrested last month after allegedly getting into a nasty fight with Ronnie on their way back from a barbecue. According to TMZ, “Jen allegedly hit him in the face and he asked to get out … but when he got caught in his seat belt, she drove off anyway.” Their three-month-old daughter, Ariana, was in the car at the time.
Three more men have accused Kevin Spacey of sexual assault in London. The actor is now being investigated for six assaults across the pond. TMZ says in April a “man claimed he was sexually assaulted in Westminster in 1996 and the two other men came forward in February with allegations of sexual assault — one claiming an incident occurred in Gloucester in 2013 and the other in Lambeth in 2008.” The gossip blog says, like the older cases, officers from the Child Abuse and Sexual Offences Command are involved in the three new cases. Spacey is also the subject of a criminal investigation in Massachusetts involving a then 18-year-old man.
“My Big Fat Greek Wedding” star NIA VARDALOS has filed for divorce from her husband, IAN GOMEZ, citing irreconcilable differences. In her court documents, she said they’d separated over a year ago. They’ve been married nearly 25 years, since 1995. People magazine reports they share an 11-year-old daughter, ILARIA, whom they adopted in 2008, and want to share joint custody.
ERIC CHURCH is grieving the loss of his brother, BRANDON CHURCH. TMZ reports Brandon passed away last Friday after suffering two seizures last Friday in North Carolina, the second occurred while on the way to the hospital and proved fatal after sending him into cardiac arrest. Brandon has teamed up with his famous brother to write a few songs, a Scholarship Memorial fund has been created in his honor and he was just 36-years-old
