BROUGHT TO YOU BY ONE HOUR HEATING & A/C!

It’s official: Country music’s hottest new couple just confirmed their relationship with one another, and by country music’s hottest new couple we mean Michael Ray and Carly Pearce. The news first broke when Pearce took to social media, sharing an intimate photo of Ray and herself. Things weren’t exactly under wraps prior to the big reveal, though. In fact, the news was practically written all over social media, thanks to Pearce and Ray hopelessly teasing fans with the highly anticipated relationship With news finally broken, the two are ready to jump into the spotlight, but this time as a couple. “I’m in the best place I’ve ever been in my life, personally and professionally,” Ray admitted.

Former Today show host Matt Lauer has nearly finalized his divorce and it could cost him a whopping $50 million. A source told Us Weekly, “Matt is furious he’s handing over half his net worth to Annette Roque. He could fight for a better deal, but that would only drag this out longer.” Maybe he should have thought of that before cheating. An internal NBC investigation discovered that Matt had sex in his office. He also sexted colleagues and bought sex toys for women in hopes they’d let him watch. Annette Roque will take their Long Island horse farm, a massive estate in the Hamptons worth $25 million plus a lump sum of $25 million. Apparently, they’ll split custody of their children and share costs. Talk About It: Lauer’s final contract with the Today show paid him $25 million annually.

Harvey Weinstein has asked a judge to dismiss a lawsuit Ashley Judd brought against him. The actress sued the mogul in April, claiming he had her blacklisted in Hollywood after she rebuffed his sexual advances. According to Variety, Weinstein’s attorneys argue in the motion to dismiss that “his alleged conduct did not amount to sexual harassment, and that Judd’s allegations are barred by the statute of limitations.” Ashley said she learned of her blacklisting in December when director Peter Jackson claimed that Weinstein had engaged in a “smear campaign” against Judd and Mira Sorvino to keep them out of the Lord of the Rings movie. Weinstein allegedly said Judd was a “nightmare” to work with. His attorneys contend that even if he did say that, it was an opinion and therefore not defamatory. They also argue that Weinstein’s alleged sexual conduct was not harassment because it was not “severe or pervasive.” Judd’s attorney called Weinstein’s arguments “offensive.”

REPORT: KIM KARDASHIAN UNFAZED BY PERFUME LAWSUITKim Kardashian is not concerned about a lawsuit over the logo for her new fragrance, sources tell The Blast. She and her KKW team reportedly believe that Vibes Media filed suit to get “media attention,” instead of sending her a private letter to discuss their complaints. Vibes claims KKW’s new fragrance bottle copies their logo.
