HOT CELEBRITY GOSSIP, FRIDAY, AUGUST 10th!

BROUGHT TO YOU BY ONE HOUR HEATING & A/C!

Demi Lovato cancels the rest of her world tour to focus on recovery:  The pop singer, 25, had been slated to perform two shows in Mexico in September, followed by the South American tour leg. News of the cancellation comes days after Lovato released a statement thanking her family, friends, doctors, and fans for their recent support.

Another shot, fired. Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt in September of 2016. But in recent days, the pair have been filing papers in court against each other, with Jolie accusing Pitt of failing to provide “meaningful support” to their six kids, and Pitt arguing that he gave Jolie $1.3 million in outright support, plus an $8 million loan.

THE LATEST

Jolie is considering filing a palimony suit against Pitt in order to go after all of the money he earned during their entire relationship, The Blast reports. (The pair got together in 2005, but didn’t marry until 2014). Pitt’s net worth is roughly $240 million, according to reports, while Jolie’s is $160 million.

Macaulay Culkin could have been one of TV’s most high-paid stars …. If he didn’t think the premise for the show was so lame. The Home Alone star reveals that he was approached to star in The Big Bang Theory, not once, not twice, but three times. On a podcast, the 37-year-old explained: “They pursued me for The Big Bang Theory. And I was like, ‘Yeah, I’m cool, thanks.’” The show just wrapped its eleventh season, with its stars all banking $1 million per episode since season 8. Still, no regrets. “I’d have hundreds of millions of dollars right now if I did that gig,” Culkin said. “At the same time, I’d be bashing my head against the wall.”

David Schwimmer Will Join Season 2 of “Will & Grace”:  Like something out of a ’90s sitcom actor’s fantasy draft, David Schwimmer is joining the cast of “Will & Grace” next season. The “Friends” alum, who’s largely stayed away from sitcoms since he said goodbye to his character Ross Geller, will play a potential love interest for Grace (Debra Messing) in a five-episode arc, according to Deadline. Chelsea Handler, Alec Baldwin and Mary McCormack have also been announced as guest stars for the upcoming season.  “Will & Grace” Season 2 premieres October 4th on NBC.

Maybe Lance Armstrong isn’t so good at the whole bike-riding thing. He was injured in a crash on Wednesday. TMZ reports that Lance was riding off-road in Colorado when he wiped out. He suffered cuts and bruises on his face, and went to a nearby ER, but he seems to be OK now. Lance says he wasn’t worried about the superficial injuries but wanted to be sure he hadn’t suffered a concussion.

Yesterday (Thursday), Maren Morris had an in-depth Twitter Q&A session with her fans and we found out a lot about her. Not only did she share details about her upcoming album, but she also revealed some of her bucket list items. When a fan asked her to share one dream that she hopes still comes true, Maren responded by saying, “I want to play Elphaba in Wicked on Broadway.” It wouldn’t be Maren’s first time in theater. In high school, she was Audrey, the carnivorous plant in Little Shop of HorrorsTalk About It: That’s a big role to fill. You need some pipes to play Elphaba. Idina Menzel was the original Elphaba in Wicked on Broadway.

AND FINALLY, TODAY’S CELEBRITY TWEET OF THE DAY, FROM MAREN MORRIS’ SUPER-TALENTED SINGER/SONGWRITER HUSBAND:
