A newly released video shows Harvey Weinstein hitting on a young woman in his office hours before the woman claims the producer raped her. In the 2011 video obtained by Page SixMelissa Thompson pitches her tech startup to the mogul but things quickly get creepy. First is an awkward hug. Then Thompson jokes: “Data’s so hot right now.” Weinstein replies, “It is hot. You’re hot. Let me have a little part of you. Give it to me. It’s okay, would you like to do it some more?” He then strokes her arm. After the meeting, Thompson says, Weinstein lured her to his hotel room and assaulted her. Weinstein denies the allegations and his lawyer insists the video had been edited to obscure “casual — if not awkward — flirting from both parties.”

SARAH JESSICA PARKER ACCUSED OF KEEPING $150K IN JEWELSSarah Jessica Parker borrowed $150K worth of jewelry for a photo shoot two years ago, and never returned the goods, according to court docs filed by Kat Florence Design, per The Blast. “After the photo shoot was over,” Kat Florence claims, “the Defendant asked if she could personally borrow several pieces of the jewelry to wear for a few months and then return all the pieces thereafter.”

GEOFFREY OWENS BOOK ACTING GIG: Just a week after Cosby Show alum Geoffrey Owens was photographed working at Trader Joe’s, he booked an acting gig. Owens, who blamed Bill Cosby’s sex scandal on his lack of work, will guest-star on NCIS: New Orleans. He also recently nabbed a recurring role on Tyler Perry’s The Haves and Have Nots.

Ben Affleck is out as DC’s Batman:  Ben Affleck is hanging up the cape, saying goodbye to the Batman franchise. Affleck’s exit comes on the heels of another departure from the DC universe, according to The Hollywood Reporter, which claims Henry Cavill will no longer be Superman. Affleck’s departure is causing a stir on social media from fans of the Warner Bros. films. There has been no announcement on who will star in the forthcoming Batman movie from director Matt Reeves.
