HOT CELEBRITY GOSSIP, MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 24th!!

BROUGHT TO YOU BY ONE HOUR HEATING & A/C!

Jim Gaffigan recently got some good and bad news. The good news is that his daughter has provided him with some good new material for his act. The bad news is that the comedian is being sued as a result. James Kent says he was working on a Chrysler commercial starring Gaffigan, his wife and their five kids when the funnyman’s then-11-year-old daughter Marre kicked a soccer ball at his head. According to his lawsuit, Kent claims the kick to the head left him injured and unable to work. Kent claims that the child was left unsupervised and has named Gaffigan and the commercial’s director in the lawsuit. He is seeking unspecified damages.

After sentencing, the prosecutors in Bill Cosby’s case want him sent to jail immediately, TMZ reports. Sentencing began this morning. Cosby was convicted on three counts of aggravated indecent assault in April, after being charged with molesting and drugging Temple University staffer Andrea Constand in 2004. She was one of dozens of women who claimed Cosby assaulted them, but the only one whose case could be tried due to statute of limitations laws. The sentencing is expected to take place over two days. He faces up to 10 years on each count.

Season 16 may be the final Grey’s Anatomy. Star Ellen Pompeo, who plays Meredith Grey on the ABC drama, told Entertainment Weekly: “I’m clearly not prepared right now to make any formal announcement about what my future is on the show, but I am really feeling like we have told the majority of the stories that we can tell. It’s about time that I mix it up. I’m definitely looking for a change.” But fans shouldn’t panic yet; her contract runs through the 16th season, which doesn’t wrap until 2020. Grey’s Anatomy Season 15 premieres September 27 on ABC.

JUSTIN THEROUX OPENS UP ABOUT JENNIFER ANISTON SPLIT: Is it the “conscious uncoupling” of 2017? Speaking to The New York Times, Justin Theroux referred to last year’s breakup with then-wife Jennifer Aniston in Goop-worth verbiage. “The good news is that was probably the most — I’m choosing my words really carefully — it was kind of the most gentle separation, in that there was no animosity,” he said. “Again, neither one of us is dead, neither one of us is looking to throw hatchets at each other,” he added. “It’s more like, it’s amicable. It’s boring, but, you know, we respected each other enough that it was as painless as it could be.”

BRITNEY SPEARS & KEVIN FEDERLINE SETTLE CHILD SUPPORT DISPUTEBritney Spears and Kevin Federline have worked out a new child support arrangement, The Blast reports. Spears has reportedly agreed to shell out thousands more in support, but details remain confidential. Spears was paying $20K per month to Federline for their two sons previously, but he claimed it simply didn’t allow him to provide the type of life their two sons expected.

A month after Kylie Jenner’s 21stbirthday party got shut down by police and got an Instagram model sent to the hospital (she’s fine now!), Kylie and BFF Jordyn Woods kicked her 21st off with a bang as well. The party—per Jordyn’s documentation on social media—looked fun, but relatively tame. The duo had a nice dinner, followed by a “Happy Birthday” serenade. They then got into a car and sang duets … only to be flagged by police (they weren’t driving). “We got pulled over,” Woods said in a post on Instagram Stories while Jenner stuck her tongue out. “But we didn’t drive. It’s okay.” No harm, no foul. Their night out came just as their KyliexJordyn partnership beauty released.
