The Blackpool Police Department shared a photo on Facebook asking for help in identifying a beer thief, and followers immediately identified ‘Friends’ star David Schwimmer.

The photo went viral and led Schwimmer to post his own hilarious video with the caption, “Officers, I swear it wasn’t me. As you can see, I was in New York. To the hardworking Blackpool Police, good luck with the investigation. #itwasntme.”
