Tim McGraw recently opened his own fitness center in Nashville and now he announced he’s written a health and lifestyle book, ‘Grit & Grace: Train the Mind, Train the Body, Own Your Life’ to share his transformation story.
Grit & Grace will come out Nov. 5th of this year and in the book Tim addresses why he quit drinking in the book and took up working out instead.
“I’ve gone through a physical transformation in the last 10 years, but it’s not just my appearance that has changed,” McGraw, 51, tells PEOPLE in an exclusive statement. “My mind is clearer, my sense of purpose is sharper, and my relationships are deeper. Consistent physical exercise helps me bring focus to my life and to the people who mean the most to me.”
