It has been three-weeks since Granger Smith lost his three-year-old son River in a drowning accident here in Central Texas.

River was treated at Dell Children’s Medical Center before he died and the family wanted to show their gratitude to those who tried to save him On Tuesday the family donated a check for more than $200,000 dollars to the hospital.
