Need a Boost? Just Call on Your Old “Friends”

This is actually a practice that I’ve done for years, but didn’t know it was really a thing! Who knew that stuff like reruns of The Big Bang Theory was like medicine? 😍 Have a stressful day? Maybe a little anxious? Why not call on your “Friends”? Phoebe, Monica, Chandler, Ross, Rachel, and Joey?



My go-to favorites are Frasier and Reba. I’ve seen them all several times and can almost quote every episode, but when I’m not feeling my best, watching those shows always felt like having old friends around the house to encourage me. ❤️
