I think this has been a long time coming, and FINALLY. Man’s best friend and every other loving pet and animal finally have a voice (to an extent) if you are found to e cruel to animals it is now a Federal Felony. I can’t wrap my head around this that anyone would be cruel and mean to their pets and neglect them, but it is true and does happen.
