I guess that also applies to pigeons wearing red cowboy hats. What’s up with that? Some guy was walking the strip when he saw something unusual. Wait, is that a pigeon wearing a cowboy hat? It is, it is! But, why?

That’s the million-dollar question, who would do this? It seems awesome, but it could prevent the pigeon from doing pigeon things. Some local animal rescuers are concerned and keeping an eye out for the Cowboy hat-wearing pigeons.
