Tom Hanks is one of the most beloved actors in Hollywood. He just received the the Cecil B. deMille Award at the Golden Globes and teared up accepting the award.
But apparently not everyone loves Tom Hanks including Henry Winkler.
Did you notice during his speech the camera panned quickly to Henry? (It happens 53 seconds into this video.)
Apparently, Winkler was the director of Tom’s 1989 comedy “Turner and Hooch” . . . until he got FIRED 13 days in, because they didn’t get along.
In a 1993 interview, Henry said, quote, “Let’s just say I got along better with Hooch than I did with Turner.” Turner was Tom . . . Hooch was of course the DOG.
Ouch.
