Why Keith Urban Left the GRAMMYs Early and Other Moments You Didn’t See On Last Night’s Show

The Grammy Awards took place Sunday and country stars in attendance included Keith Urban, Dan+Shay, Blake Shelton, and Little Big Town.

Keith Urban was one of the show’s presenters but left early to go be with wife Nicole Kidman who he revealed was home sick with the flu.

ICYMI the show, which aired on CBS, Little Big Town sang “My Girl” with Smokey Robinson before presenting Song of the Year.

Dan+Shay won for Best Duo or Group.

Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani performed “Nobody But You.”

Tanya Tucker won Country Album of the Year and sang “Bring My Flowers Now.” But what you didn’t get to see was her acceptance speech for Album of the Year.

Another award handed out off air was Music Video of the Year, which Billy Ray Cyrus and Lil Nas X won
