Luke Combs Goes Vegan For 90 Days “I’m Still Alive” {LISTEN}

Luke Combs made a Super Bowl he may be regretting right about now.

Luke bet his keyboard player Neil Tankersley that the Carolina Panthers would beat Neil’s hometown Atlanta Falcons.

The stakes were set high…if Luke won Neil, who is balding, would have to grow his hair out but if Luke lost he would have to go Vegan.

“The bet was if the Panthers won,” Luke explains, “he had to grow his hair out for three months and wasn’t allowed to wear a hat on stage. So, you can imagine how terrible that would have looked.”

“But, on the other side of the bet,” Luke continues, “he decided that I would have to go vegan for three months if I lost.”

Well, we all know how the game turned out.

So it’s been 20 days into his 90s of vegan how’s it going?

Listen

I’ve been a vegetarian since I was 12 so I know it’s hard, especially when you’re out on the road like Luke is.

So, maybe we could convince Luke to come to Hampton Roads for some of our great vegan options:

All vegan:

Kahiau’s Bakery & Cafe

The Bumbling Bee

Desmond’s Island Grill

Kotobuki Sushi Bar  (get the vegan shrimp!)

and Zero’s location at the oceanfront offers their subs with my favorite Honest Pastures “meat”
