Virginia Zoo Welcomes Baby Sloth – And You Can Help Name The Newborn. ~ CASH {Pic}

Man, sloths are really catching a lot of steam nowadays. I mean, I can’t for the life of me remember when sloths were more popular. I’ve seen them on shirts, socks, backpacks, and more. I can’t get enough of it. Can you imagine having a sloth as a buddy to hang with? That would be awesome!

Well, I’m not too sure about being able to hang out with one, but you can help name one of the cute little, very slow and hungry animals. The Virginia Zoo just welcomed their first baby sloth on March 8th and now they’re looking to the public to name the sweet baby.

The Virginia Zoo has created a naming auction through April, 21 at 5 pm. All of the money raised through the auction will help the Zoo’s Emergency Operating Fund. To get in on the auction, click here.

Now, what’s a good name for a baby sloth?
