Florida Georgia Line reached out to Carrie Underwood in February hoping to collaborate on a duet together.
In Instagram video they addressed Carrie saying:
“We’d love to send it to you. We don’t have your email or your phone number, so we’re gonna just play a little.”
Well on a CMT Hot 20 Countdown appearance, the guys revealed it’s not going to happen.
Tyler says:
“No, we got turned down on that one. You don’t win ’em all. I guess she didn’t love it as much as we did, but that’s alright.”
When Brian jumped in explaining she was busy with her book tour Tyler interrupted saying, “We got turned down, we got turned down.”
