Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher Will Give an Unfiltered Look at Their Life Together in “Mike and Carrie: God & Country.”

Carrie Underwood and her husband Mike Fisher will debut a four-part film series about their relationship with each other and God.

It’s called Mike and Carrie: God & Country, and it will premiere on Wednesday (May 27) on iamsecond.com and will continue with weekly episodes through June 17.

In the newly released trailer, Carrie says that she swore she’d never marry a hunter before she met Fisher. “As a child, never, not in a million years. We just differ drastically,”

After the birth of their first son Isaiah in 2015, she recalls thinking, “Oh my gosh. I’m in love,” she said. But after Isaiah’s birth came three miscarriages, and that’s when she said, “I just had an honest conversation with God. I was hurt and I told Him how I felt.”

According to a press release about the series, the show will giver viewers an up-close and unfiltered glimpse into Underwood and Fisher’s life together, their relationship and faith, along with some much-needed inspiration on how they continue to sustain their marriage and find purpose beyond their careers as a country singer and a retired NHL player.

“We wanted to do this to share some of our personal journey in hopes that viewers will be inspired by it, and maybe even take one more step in pursuing a relationship with God,” Underwood said of the new series.
