Furry Friday: “Swirlie Girl” and “Sam I Am” are up for adoption at Norfolk Animal Care Center.

Through August 29, in collaboration with WAVY TV 10’s Clear the Shelters event, all cats and dogs are $35, BUT if you adopt two cats as “Best Buds” BOTH cats are $35!
