A Florida family is sharing their whale shark encounter with the rest of the world. They had initially seen the fin sticking out of the water and thought it was a dolphin until they got closer and realized that the “thing” they thought was a dolphin was the size of a football field. Well, maybe not the size of a football field, but that’s a giant whale shark.
