Lee Brice Wrote a Hilarious Parody of “I Hope You’re Happy Now” While in Quarantine: “I Feel Crappy Now.” {WATCH}

Lee Brice is currently in quarantine after testing positive for COVID-19. This means he will miss the 54th Annual CMA Awards where he was scheduled to perform with Carly Pearce.

Charles Kelley of Lady A is stepping in to sing the duet for him and Lee wrote a parody song to honor the occasion.

The lyrics go:

“It’s only Carly, it’s my mistake. I caught COVID-19 a little too late. But I guess they ain’t ever a right time. Charles, my friend I guess it’s your time. So go sing my part on ABC, tell everyone I’m in quarantine. Man I love singing on this record but I bet you do it even better. I hope you find the note you’re looking for. It’s so dang high but Charles you’ve been there before. I’m a wreck, I’m a mess but I got just a little voice. Charles, I just feel a little crappy now.”
