After five years of dating, fans of Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton started wondering when Blake would pop the question and it turns out, Gwen was asking herself the same thing.

During her Tuesday appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, she revealed that she was starting to wonder where their relationship was going.

“I think he had told my dad on my birthday about two weeks earlier and I gotta tell you, I was sorta like, ‘What’s happening with us? … It was kind of in my mind like, ‘We’ve been together a long time now. What’s going on?'” she told Fallon, 46. “I was in that place in my head.”

She went on to say that she was thrilled and that “It was pretty magical.”

Although she was ready for Blake to propose, they aren’t ready to get married.  Gwen said they will wait to plan because of the coronavirus pandemic.
