What’s the last good movie you watched? With Netflix promising to release one new movie a week, you have a ton of movies to watch. But where do you start? Can you jump into something that you’ve never heard of before? I need some build-up. For example, there seems to be a decent looking movie starring Denzel Washington and Jared Leto dropping, I believe either this weekend or next. The movie is called, “The Little Things.” It’s hard to keep track. Thankfully, I’ll be here to remind you of such films.

Keep that one on your radar and remember, “News of The World” starring Tom Hanks is now available on Amazon Prime. It’s one of those $20 dollar rentals you can watch from the comfort of your home. I like it! As for the movie, the film reminds me of John Wayne’s “The Searchers.” White girl, kidnapped by Indians, only knows the native culture and is seeking to return to the only family she knows. Ultimately, Hanks and the little girl form a bond and the rest is history. They’re both definitely met with challenges along the way.

Now, some things to either be disappointed about or pumped about in regards to movies. News broke about a Lucille Ball biopic in the early stages with rumors of Nicole Kidman playing Lucy. The internet wasn’t having it and said that Debra Messing, from “Will & Grace” would be the best fit. Hard to argue. However, Lucie Arnaz, the daughter of Lucy, is saying that Nicole Kidman will play Lucy and you will all love it. We’ll see. Also, a Willie Wonka prequel called, “Wonka” is set to be released in 2023. And, could Liam Neeson star in a “Naked Gun” remake? The only reason why I’m interested in this is that “Family Guy” creator Seth McFarlane is said to be behind the project.
