Kelsea Ballerini was on The Kelly Clarkson Show Monday where she told the host about the embarrassing moment that she experienced at the CMA Awards.

While she was drinking a glass of wine in front of Miranda Lambert—whom she has never met before—the glass shattered in her mouth and gave her a bloody lip. Ouch!

Kelsea also talked to Kelly about the importance of therapy and how it helped her write her new album.
