Morgan Wallen’s Record Label Contract ‘Suspended Indefinitely’

Morgan Wallen has been suspended by his record label, Big Loud Records after he was caught on video using a racial slur.

TMZ first reported on the video which shows Morgan yelling the racial slur (among other profanities) outside of his house after reportedly arriving home from a night of partying.

“In the wake of recent events, Big Loud Records has made the decision to suspend Morgan Wallen’s contract indefinitely,” the statement reads. Republic Records, the Universal Music-owned label that distributes his recordings, “fully supports Big Loud’s decision and agrees such behavior will not be tolerated.”

Max Media’s 97.3 The Eagle has removed Wallen’s music from their playlist.  Other music outlets such as CMT, Spotify, and Apple Music have removed Wallen as well.
