Chris Lane and wife Lauren Bushnell Lane had a scare over the weekend when their baby boy Dutton was hospitalized.
At the time, Chris shared a video on his Instagram story asking for prayers saying, “It’s been a long night.”
Lauren shared that Dutton was suffering from an ear infection saying, “14 hours later we are home and resting but basically he has a common virus (basically a cold) and ear infection but with babies so small and under 28 days old they worry about meningitis and do a full work up / spinal tap. Thankfully we just have to give him meds and keep an eye and pray it doesn’t turn respiratory or get any secondary infections.”
“Thank y’all so much for all the prayers!” Chris told fans on Instagram . “Dutty Buddy is doing much better this morning!”

The couple was able to celebrate the 4th of July with Dutton and their other “children” the dogs.
