I wonder if the guy standing in the shallow water had any idea what was going on with the hammerhead shark?

The guy up on the 16th floor had the best seats in the house. He does a pretty good play-by-play. You can also hear folks down on the beach trying to warn the man. Again, how in the world did they see it coming?
