Our radio station studio is located off of Greenwich Road in Virginia Beach, not very far away from Witchduck Road. I drive on Witchduck quite frequently on weekdays before/after work, and I had no idea of the crazy history behind the name of the road until someone sent us a text on our studio number this morning about it. I can’t believe that Witchduck is actually named for a local woman who was accused in the 1700s of being a witch! How insane (and sad).
