Blake Shelton Brings 6-Year-Old In Need Of A Heart Transplant On Stage To Sing {WATCH}

Blake Shelton made a six-year-old’s dream come true over the weekend when he brought him on stage to sing with him.

The moment took place at Shelton’s concert in his home state of Oklahoma.  Blake spotted the little boy in the crowd holding up a sign that said he’s getting a heart transplant, and he’d love to sing “God’s Country” with him.

So Blake brought him up on stage to read the sign out load and sing together in an adorable moment that has gone viral.

The boy, who’s been identified as six-year-old Wyatt McKee, was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome, a condition where the left side of his heart doesn’t grow. Wyatt’s mom, Harley, told TMZ that he is a huge Shelton fan and they brought the signs hoping Blake would see them and come say “hello.”

Blake shared the video saying, “This little buddy made my night. Thank you for singing “God’s Country” with me Wyatt!”
