Hours after filing for divorce from Sam Hunt, reports stated that wife Hannah Lee Fowler withdrew the petition.

According to People, Fowler withdrew her divorce complaint on Friday, the same day she filed it. Fowler asked her filing be “voluntarily nonsuited without prejudice.”

However, Whiskey Riff reports that Fowler also filed for divorce in the Chancery Court of Williamson County, and that complaint still appears to be active.

So it appears that the complaint that was filed in Nashville was simply filed in the wrong court, withdrawn, and then re-filed in the correct court.

In her original complaint, Fowler accused Hunt of “inappropriate marital conduct” and “adultery” and disclosed that she is pregnant with their child. TMZ was first to report the news.
