Keith Urban paid tribute to Adele in concert over the weekend.
The “Wild Heart” singer told the audience, “I would like to make a special dedication tonight, to somebody I just absolutely adore as a performer, as a songwriter, a trailblazer I’m looking forward to seeing her when the time comes.”
Accompanying himself on acoustic guitar, he launched into a cover of “Easy On Me” ending it by singing “We love you Adele, oh yes we do.”
Keith extended his Las Vegas residency earlier this year after Adele was forced to postpone her scheduled shows.
“We got a very panicked call one night, asking if we could fill in a bunch of shows and it worked out perfect,” he told PEOPLE at the time.
