Tim McGraw Shares His Go-To Smoothie Recipe and it’s Not for the Faint of Heart


Tim McGraw’s smoothie recipe is sure to wake you up in the morning!  The country singer and star of “1883” shared his go-to smoothie recipe for when he’s out on the road is a Jalapeño smoothie!

Tim uses one or more jalapeños, one avocado, ginger root, 1/2 a lemon, one apple, two cups of kale, and one cup of coconut water to blend into the spicy drink.

He explains that his Jalapeño Smoothies help keep his energy up and he likes to think that it ups his metabolism as well.
