Norfolk SCPA came to visit Stephanie for Furry Friday this week to tell us all about the 2nd Annual Salty Dog Walk.

They also brought one of their dogs currently up for adoption.  Haley is a 2-year-old pitbull mix up for adoption at Norfolk SPCA.

She is SUPER smart and food motivated.  She was transferred to Norfolk SPCA from Norfolk Animal Care Center in June and has been patiently waiting for someone to take her home.

She would do well in a home with other dogs, as long as she can be the top dog.  Haley would be best with older children as she still has a lot of puppy energy.

The Norfolk SPCA is bringing back the second annual Salty Dog Beach Walk to Ocean View/East Beach on Sunday, September 18, 2022!

The event kicks off at 10:30 AM. This family-focused event featuring kid’s crafts and plenty of merchandise for salty hands and paws along with a 1-mile walk along Ocean View’s sandy shores beginning at Noon.

The after-party celebration will take place from 2 PM at the COVA Brewing Company featuring food and drink specials along with adoptable animals from the Norfolk SPCA.
