Carrie Underwood has a new member of her family.
The country singer revealed that she recently adopted a puppy to the crowd at her Charlotte, NC concert this week.
According to the Charlotte Observer, Underwood’s ‘Denim and Rhinestones’ tour experienced some technical difficulties and Carrie filled the time talking to the crowd.
“I adopted a puppy,” she shared before adding, “Don’t tell my children. It’s a surprise.”
One fan asked about the new puppy’s breed. “I don’t know. The best kind. The rescue kind,” she answered. “We’re shelter dog people. That’s how we roll.”
The couple previously adopted Zero, a German Shepheard mix, in 2019.
