The new Barbie movie hits theaters this July and a viral clip from the movie trailer has led to a new TikTok challenge.
In the scene, Margot Robbie steps out of her heels while her feet stay perfectly arched.

Robbie revealed in a recent interview with the Australian TV show The Project that she had a bit of help executing this scene. “I kind of held onto a bar so I was steady. We just put double-sided tape on the floor so my shoes would stay still,” she shared.
TikTok users are attempting to recreate the scene but a foot doctor says you can injure your ankles if you’re not careful.
A foot doctor in Florida warned, “If someone attempts the pose once or twice, they will likely be ok and produce a great TikTok video. However, if attempting the pose and stride over long periods, there are some risks involved. The ankle is unstable, which can lead to ligament sprains and injuries, commonly seen with high heel use.”
So if you decide to try out this challenge, maybe stick to just one attempt.
