Meet Phoebe, a 13-year-old calico kitty up for adoption at Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center.

Phoebe is a sweet and loving girl who was surrendered to VBACAC when she faced some tough times with bullying from other cats in her previous home. But at the shelter, Phoebe has shown a neutral attitude toward other cats.
She’s a total lap cat and she can’t wait to find that special lap to curl up on. When I met her, she confidently walked up to me, purring away, and asking for pets.
